Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost varies depending on the item, location and selected couriers. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed on the checkout screen.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are dispatched within one to seven business days. Delivery time can vary from two to ten business days, depending on your location. If you select the pick-up option, please allow at least two business days. You will receive a notification you via phone or email when your item is ready for collection. Pick-up is only available in Melbourne. The address is  1-11 Remington Dr, Dandenong South VIC 3175.

Q: How will my item be delivered? Can I track the delivery status?

A: Small items (e.g. spare parts and accessories) will be sent via Australia Post. Larger items will be delivered by our courier. To track your item please email our customer service team via our 'Contact Us' page. Please state your order number when corresponding with our customer care centre. The e-mail address is protected from spambots, therefore you will need to have JavaScript enabled to view the delivery status of your item.

Q: Do you ship to a PO Box?
A: We can only send remote controls to PO Boxes. Po Box delivery is not available for larger items like TVs and audio equipment, including but not limited to  Mini Hi Fi System H10 and 2.1 Soundbase with Bluetooth. These items must be delivered to a residential address.

Q: Can I pick up my purchase?
A: Pick-up is available in Melbourne only. The pick-up location is  1-11 Remington Dr, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. After completing your order, we’ll notify you when your item is ready for pick up. Pick up is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm at the Service Reception desk.  


Q: What payment method options are accepted? 
A: We accept Visa Card, Master Card and Paypal. Visa and Mastercard transactions are managed by eWay. SONIQ does not store your Credit Card details.


Q: What is a refurbished product?
A: Refurbished items may have small physical damages, such as a scratch or dent. These are only cosmetic defects and do not affect the product’s functionality. Refurbished products are tested by our technicians and are in full working condition. All parts are included. 

Q: Can I trust a refurbished product?
A: Our refurbished products are fully functional and tested by technicians. We also offer our SONIQ Confidence 12 Months Warranty on all SONIQ refurbished products.


Q: Is it safe to purchase on SONIQ's online store?
A: We are incredibly concerned with the safety of our online customers. That’s why we only use payment methods that are safe and secure. Our payment methods include the secure payment systems eWay and Paypal.

Q: Is there a showroom where I can view the product(s) and/or find out more about them?

A: SONIQ doesn’t presently have a physical store.

Q: Can I purchase in bulk?
A: SONIQ welcomes bulk orders. If you would like to order more than 20 items please contact us on 1300 765 663. One of our SONIQ representatives will be happy to help.
