This case study explores how Epworth uses Cybercast Digital Signage throughout their 13 healthcare facilities in Victoria to enhance communication, engagement and interactions with staff, residents, patients and visitors. The project commenced with Epworth Eastern in Box Hill followed by remaining facilities.

Previously, the operating theatre schedule was handwritten on a whiteboard, requiring the administrator’s physical presence and manual edits. Cybercast created a bespoke application allowing schedules to be uploaded remotely, instantly updated, and displayed on digital screens on time.


Cybercast signage also delivered crucial communications such as COVID-19 updates, doctor profiles, and donor recognition. Content could be published across the full network to tailored locations using custom playlists, the right information reached right audience at the right time.
